Anthony Fauci, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, received support from Democratic lawmakers on a House subcommittee during a recent congressional hearing. During the hearing, multiple audience members were removed from the room by the Capitol Police for heckling. One woman was removed for shouting at Fauci, while another was removed for wearing a T-shirt that read "Fire Fauci."
